All memberships include free two-day shipping both ways. Returns are done through a quick QR code — no printing, no labels, no hassle.

VLC will email you return instructions. Inside, you’ll find a QR code. When you’re ready to return your bag, simply scan the code, drop it off with the carrier, and choose your next piece from the collection.

Minor wear is considered normal. For significant damage, we offer built-in insurance coverage for all members. Any additional repair costs are assessed fairly and transparently.
